Hotel in a good location, but that’s the only good thing about the hotel. Room and bathroom were EXTREMELY DIRTY and moldy. The batch room had stains that made me feel worst after showering. Disgusting. The worst stay of my life, do not stay here. Horrible horrible experience.

Great location just besides Rossio Station!! Basic Hotel facilities, but enough room, we even had an extra bed with what seemed and extra space, with all the modern room standard equipment. Room was very clean, and everyday was cleaned. All reception personnel was polite and well mannered. Really, a very comfortable place to stay.

The location is excellent - and that's the best feature of the hotel. The room was clean and, considering the location, it was very quiet. The wifi was great. The room is small and the bed was not comfortable. The bathroom is tiny but manageable - the water pressure wasn't good so washing long hair is quite difficult. All in all, was an ok stay but I would try a different hotel in the region if coming to Lisbon again.

The location of this hotel is perfect, 2 minute walk from Rossio station and metro and about 15 minutes walk down to the sea front. The rooms are small and could do with a bit of an update but the room was clean, the bed was really comfy and the aircon was good. The shower cubicle is tiny, I'm 5'11 and about 13 stone and I accidentally turned the shower off twice when turning around. If you are over 6'3 I think your head would be touching the rainforest shower head and if you are on the larger side, I can't see how you'd get in! The reception staff could be friendlier and more professional in my opinion, when checking in the guy was eating pastries and chatting to his friend and barely said 2 words to me. When checking out he only spoke Portuguese to me and I had to guess he was asking my room number! However, we paid €60 a night so we weren't expecting much and I'd say it was fair value. I would stay here again if coming to Lisbon.

The location was great, right in the centre surrounded by the hustle and bustle if that's your thing. The hotel was shabby at best. Outdated rooms that all need a refresh and a good lick of paint. Design of bathroom, well, I'm not sure how it was approved as to sit on the toilet, your legs were then under the sink. You could only get to the toilet if the shower doors were open. I have attached photos. The tap was not centered (I know this is not a big deal but it's the small details). Soap dispenser was placed above the toilet roll holder which meant you got the paper wet if you used with wet hands. Worst breakfast I've had, cold and very basic. There are plenty of nearby places to eat so avoid the breakfast. The 2 ladies I see working in the breakfast area didn't break a smile once during the week. Reception staff were OK, not unfriendly but looked like you were interrupting something very important if you had a question and gave the bare minimum answer. Hotel is noisey, room doors are heavy so you can hear every time a door closes. You can only control the closing going into the room, not leaving the room. The TV is on the wall kept in some wooden and glass box so colour was not as clear and the sound was awful due to speakers being covered, not great if you wanted to relax with a film in the evenings. I didn't complain about any of this during my stay as merely cosmetic and I assume all rooms are of the same standard and I would have been no better off. Hairdryer was pretty good and the aircon was used during the November stay.
